Young Women's Spiritual Exercises Retreat, October 9-11, 2026 - St. Francis Springs Prayer Center, Stoneville, NC
This silent retreat experience offered to women ages 18-39 steps into this longtime practice in the Church established by St. Ignatius of Loyola. The Spiritual Exercises lead you through the story of salvation history and help you make it your own. We all need quiet time to refocus on Christ and our relationship with Him. Just like we invest in our physical health, our souls deserve the same level of care! This time away from the constant noise of our daily lives includes meditations, Mass, adoration, opportunities for spiritual direction and Confession, personal prayer and rest time. The retreat fee covers room and board (including hearty, home cooked meals and plenty of snacks), use of the many retreat center facilities, supplies, and experienced retreat facilitators and spiritual directors.
