Subject: Stewardship Monthly Meeting

Hello:

I have changed the date and time of our monthly meeting in hopes of
including more of you. Now, we will be meeting the second Monday of each
month. Our next meeting will be Feb. 10th. We have two months where we need
to meet in room number three. The following dates have us gathering in
meeting room 3. The dates are March 10th. and June 16th. Below are the next
five months of scheduled meetings.

New Stewardship Meetings

2/10/2005 Meeting room 1  7:00 PM
3/10/2005 Meeting room 3  7:00 PM
4/14/2005 Meeting room 1  7:00 PM
5/12/2005 Meeting room 1  7:00 PM
6/16/2005 Meeting room 3  7:00 PM

At our last meeting we discussed and assigned duties for the upcoming
Welcome Dinner. The dinner is Feb.19th. at 7:00 P.M. in meeting room one. I
still need help setting up the room. Please call me by Feb.11th. at
803-1795.

Also, I need help turning on and off, the DSA video presentation after mass.
I will setup the TV and video for use. I am attending the 11:30 mass and
will put away the equipment following mass. Please call me and let me know
which mass you are attending.
