Unfinished Business

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

• Copy of Liturgical Ministry Guidelines for Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion distributed to all members of Liturgy Commission.  Discussed new procedures and reasons for update.  New procedures in keeping with letter from National Council of Bishops.

Scheduling procedures for all Ministries.

• Mickey Boylan to purchase software for computer scheduling.
  • Sub Committee set up to work with Mickey to facilitate procedures.

Renewal March 5-9, 2005

• Margaret Haarsgaard and Mickey Boylan to work on improvement in communication with the community.

New Business

Advent Beginning November 30, 2004

• New Advent Wreath will be placed in Liturgical Space and wreath will be blessed on first Sunday of Advent.  Candles will be processed in at beginning of mass.
• Gathering space to be decorated Saturday after Thanksgiving.  All volunteers welcome. Start time 10:00 AM
